    Hoverlens is located in Clyde North, proudly serving clients across the Melbourne region. If you're outside metro Melbourne, feel free to contact us—we’re flexible and can accommodate regional projects with notice.

  • How do I book a service?

    Simply give us a call or fill out our contact form. We’ll confirm your needs, provide a quote, and lock in the best time for your shoot.

  • How soon will I receive my photos or videos?

    Standard delivery is within 24–48 hours after the shoot. Larger or custom projects (e.g., virtual tours, overlays, etc.) may take slightly longer. We’ll always keep you updated on progress.

  • Do you offer revisions?

    Yes, revisions are included to make sure you're happy with the final result. Just let us know what needs adjusting—we’re here to make it right.

  • What if the weather is bad on the shoot day?

    If weather conditions affect the shoot, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. Your project deserves clear skies and great lighting—we’ll make sure it happens.

  • How do I pay for your services?

    You’ll pay 50% when booking, and the rest only once you’re satisfied with the final result.

  • Do you have the required licenses and permits?

    Yes. Hoverlens is fully registered and holds all necessary licenses, including CASA certification for commercial drone flights. We also carry the proper rights for music and branding across all our products. You can trust that every project we deliver complies with Australian safety and legal standards.
